Michigan Masonic Legacy Society Gala
The Michigan Masonic Legacy Society is made up of committed individuals who have placed the Michigan Masonic Charitable Foundation or their Lodge Charity Account in their will or estate plan. The society, created by the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Michigan in 2000, welcomes all Brothers, sisters, and friends of Masonry to participate.

We regret to inform you that due to the recent developments in the situation concerning the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have cancelled the 2020 Michigan Masonic Legacy Society Gala. We will be back next year bigger and better!
Upon joining the Society, members receive an introductory membership kit that includes a certificate of membership, a lapel pin, and a commemorative pen and pencil set. In addition, Michigan Masonic Legacy Society members are honored at an annual black-tie dinner where members have the opportunity to meet one another and celebrate their commitment to leaving a personal, lasting impression in a bequest that will help secure the future of Michigan Masons for generations to come.
To date, more than 800 people have made a planned gift commitment to the Foundation, and realized gifts have provided millions of dollars to help empower Michigan Masons to change lives through charity.

The Lewis Cass Legacy Society Gala is an elegant and festive occasion to celebrate our supporters who have created a legacy of generosity and philanthropy by pledging a gift in their will or estate plans.
The 2019 gala was hosted at the Air Zoo Aerospace and Science Experience in Kalamazoo on June 1, 2019. The Air Zoo was a 2017 recipient of a Michigan Masonic Charitable Foundation B.E.S.T. Grant to support educational and youth outreach programs.
